The youngest children have cut or smashed food in pures or soups (with fish or meat) in balanced menus, in which the rest of the food is 20% pasta, 20% rice, 20% legumes and 40% vegetables. Older students have balnaced menus in which 50% is meat (mainly White meat), 30% fish and 20% eggs. 80% of the days salad is served and bread is provided everyday. Desserts can be fruit or yoghourt (3 days fruit/2 days yoghourt). The students can eat as much bread as they want and they can also have more fruit as long as they have finished the food they have on their plates first.
